What is Loadlink?
Loadlink is one of Canada's leading load boards, run by Loadlink Technologies in Mississauga, Ontario. It connects carriers with brokers and shippers moving freight within Canada and across the Canada–US border, and it shares a parent company with DAT. Carriers also use it to check who they are working with, through credit and payment information on posting companies.
For US-based LTL and expedite fleets that run into Ontario, Quebec or the Prairies — and Canadian carriers heading south — Loadlink is often where the right return load appears. Watching it by hand alongside your US boards is exactly the kind of tab-switching that loses loads.
Load Ninja Pro watches it for you, together with every other board, and shows which of your trucks can take each load.
Who works Loadlink loads
Load Ninja Pro is built for the same carriers: LTL and expedite fleets running smaller equipment.
How Load Ninja works with Loadlink
Plug Loadlink into Load Ninja once — after that every Loadlink load lands in the same feed as the rest.
Connect
Connect your company's own Loadlink account and add your fleet. Each board connects in its own way — setup takes minutes.
Aggregate
Loadlink loads flow into one live, de-duplicated feed with your other boards and broker emails.
Match
Open a load to see which trucks fit: distance to pickup, driver ETA and lane preferences.
Approve & bid
Take the AI-suggested price or set your own, then send the bid to the broker in one click.
Using a board that isn't listed here? Load Ninja has more integrations than we show on this site. If you need a board we don't work with yet, tell us which one — we review every request and can add it.
Why dispatchers plug Loadlink into Load Ninja
Less searching and tab-switching, more booked loads for your vans and straight trucks.
Every board, one feed
Loadlink loads arrive in the same live feed as your other boards, broker emails and private portals. No more refreshing five tabs.
No duplicates
The same freight posted on several boards shows up once, so dispatchers stop working the same load twice.
The right truck, instantly
For each load Load Ninja shows which of your vans and straight trucks fit — distance to pickup, driver ETA and lane preferences.
AI price you approve
A market-calibrated price is suggested for every load. Your dispatcher accepts it or sets their own before anything is sent.
Bid first
A complete bid — driver details and all — goes to the broker in one click, while slower desks are still searching.
Drivers and owners in the loop
Telegram bots let drivers go online, owners control their fleet and dispatchers turn driver bids into broker bids from a phone.
Loadlink and Load Ninja: questions
Does Load Ninja Pro integrate with Loadlink?
Yes. Load Ninja Pro brings Loadlink loads into the same real-time feed as your other load boards — such as Sylectus, Truckstop, MyVirtualFleet, CAP and Load 1 — plus broker emails and private broker portals, and it can process FedEx loads as well. Dispatchers work every load from one screen.
Do I need my own Loadlink account?
Yes. Every company that uses Load Ninja Pro connects its own Loadlink account — Load Ninja does not replace your Loadlink subscription or membership. Load Ninja respects the load boards: loads from your Loadlink account are shown only to your own team and are never shared with anyone else.
Does Loadlink cover US freight?
Loadlink focuses on freight within Canada and across the Canada–US border. With Load Ninja Pro you can work those loads in the same feed as your US boards.
Which trucks is Load Ninja Pro built for?
LTL and expedite fleets: cargo vans, sprinter vans and small or large straight (box) trucks, from owner-operators to dispatch teams running hundreds of vehicles.
Does Load Ninja Pro send bids automatically?
No. Load Ninja Pro suggests a market-calibrated price, but your dispatcher reviews the load and the matched driver and approves the price (or enters their own) before any bid is sent to the broker.
My load board isn't listed. Can you add it?
Very likely. The boards on this website are only part of Load Ninja Pro's integrations — we work with more. If you need a load board we don't support yet, tell us which one: we review every integration request and can add it. Call (866) 718-3717 or email LoadNinjaPro@gmail.com.
Is Load Ninja Pro affiliated with Loadlink?
No. Load Ninja Pro is an independent dispatching platform that works with Loadlink and other load boards. Loadlink is a trademark of its respective owner.
