Do I need my own CAP account?
Yes. Every company that uses Load Ninja Pro connects its own CAP account — Load Ninja does not replace your CAP subscription or membership. Load Ninja respects the load boards: loads from your CAP account are shown only to your own team and are never shared with anyone else.
Who can see CAP loads?
CAP's load board is for its partner carriers. Load Ninja Pro shows CAP loads only to companies that connect their own CAP carrier account, and only to their own team.
Which trucks is Load Ninja Pro built for?
LTL and expedite fleets: cargo vans, sprinter vans and small or large straight (box) trucks, from owner-operators to dispatch teams running hundreds of vehicles.
Does Load Ninja Pro send bids automatically?
No. Load Ninja Pro suggests a market-calibrated price, but your dispatcher reviews the load and the matched driver and approves the price (or enters their own) before any bid is sent to the broker.
My load board isn't listed. Can you add it?
